1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and jeeta3 ("jeeta3", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online betting and gaming platform accessible at jeeta3.pro (the "Platform"). By registering an account, depositing funds, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing any part of the jeeta3 Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each person may register and maintain only one active account on the jeeta3 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is a breach of these Terms. jeeta3 may, at its sole discretion, close all accounts associated with a player who holds multiple accounts and forfeit the balances therein.

2.3 Account Information Accuracy

You are responsible for providing accurate, current, and complete information during registration and for keeping your account details up to date. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension. jeeta3 is not liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

2.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jeeta3 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. jeeta3 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to safeguard your credentials. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must notify our support team immediately.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

jeeta3 supports the following payment methods for Bangladeshi players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. 3.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits may vary by payment method and account verification status. jeeta3 reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence checks for transactions above certain thresholds, in accordance with its internal compliance procedures.

3.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to account verification status. Fully verified accounts are eligible for priority processing, with mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) typically completed within 15 minutes to 24 hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days. jeeta3 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending investigation of suspicious activity or incomplete verification.

3.4 Currency

All transactions on the jeeta3 Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). jeeta3 is not responsible for currency conversion fees or exchange rate differences applied by your bank or payment provider.

4. Betting Rules

4.1 Placement of Bets

Bets placed on the jeeta3 Platform are final once confirmed by the system. You are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your bet selection, including event, market type, selection, and stake amount, before confirming any wager. jeeta3 does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except where expressly stated in these Terms or in individual game rules.

4.2 Void Bets

A bet may be declared void at jeeta3's discretion in circumstances including, but not limited to: the cancellation or postponement of an event, data errors, system malfunctions, obvious pricing errors, or where jeeta3 reasonably suspects the integrity of an event has been compromised. In the event a bet is voided, the original stake will be returned to your account balance.

4.3 Maximum Winnings

jeeta3 reserves the right to impose maximum payout limits on individual bets or accumulators. Applicable limits will be displayed within the relevant betting market. Where a confirmed bet would result in a payout exceeding the applicable limit, the payout will be capped at the stated maximum and the excess will not be paid.

4.4 Live Betting

Live in-play betting markets are offered on selected events. Odds in live markets are subject to rapid fluctuation, and jeeta3 reserves the right to suspend or close live markets at any time without prior notice. Bets placed during a temporary suspension of a live market will be void unless jeeta3 expressly confirms otherwise.

5. Casino and Game Rules

9. Account Suspension and Termination

jeeta3 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably believes that a player has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or where required to do so for legal or compliance reasons. Upon closure of an account for a breach of these Terms, any balance held in the account — including bonus funds and pending withdrawals — may be forfeited at jeeta3's discretion.

Players who wish to close their own accounts voluntarily may do so by contacting our customer support team. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any remaining balance at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to the player's registered payment method, subject to successful identity verification.
